Thank you for shopping with Bump Maternity! We’re dedicated to making sure your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping procedures below.

Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at time of checkout

Shipping Method
We currently ship via USPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. (Shipping carrier may be updated based on available rates and transit times.)

Local Pick-Up + Delivery

These options are currently not available but will be an option in the near future.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order.

  • Bump Maternity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below.

How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please contact us via e-mail @bumpmaternityreturns@yahoo.com or click the link below, within 14 days of the date your order was marked as delivered. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.

Return Processing
Once your return is received, our team will carefully inspect the items. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date your return tracking shows as delivered for us to process your return.

Refunds + Credits

  • Regular-priced merchandise is eligible for a full refund, credited to your original form of payment

  • Sale items are eligible for return, but will be refunded as store credit only

  • Bras, panties, and swimwear are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK your measurements before ordering

Return Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns

  • All returned merchandise must have original tags attached and be in unworn, unwashed condition

  • Items with any signs of wear—including, but not limited to, scents (perfume, detergent, smoke), animal hair, stains, tears, or other indications of use—will not be accepted

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
